UX Designer bringing sunshine your way from the good ol sunshine state, Miami, FL! Having a background in Healthcare and client-based support roles has allowed me to constantly come into contact with different people and different situations. I have learned that being able to understand and meet people’s diverse needs while being flexible in case you need to pivot in a different direction is a necessary skill for successfully helping others.
Having mastered this skill, I believe that I am well-equipped as a UX Designer to understand what it is our users will need and what it takes to achieve that.
